Studying the Formulation of Shallot (Allium Ascalonicum L.) Ethanol Extract Gel as Treatment of Excision Wounds in Rats

Therefore, a study was conducted on effect of excision ethanol extract onion in form gel against mice (Rattus novergicus). The purpose this research to stability preparation as well effectiveness optimum concentration from ethanolic shallot dosage form. variants used were 5%, 10%, 20%. method sample extraction by maceration made 3 concentrations, namely 20% then test carried out cycling at 4⁰C 40⁰C for 6 cycles.
